Volunteer Board of Directors
Since its inception in the early 2000's, ICFGM has served the Memphis area as a grass roots, volunteer-led organization. The voluntary board of directors lead the focus areas and participate in its programs and activities. The board provides oversight in dispensing funds to our non-profit partners. The funds are held under the account of ICFGM in the Community Foundation of Greater Memphis (CFGM), which is an exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.
